These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at https://agileagent.io (the "Website") and the services provided through it (the "Service").

The Service is operated by SageDynamics Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore ("SageDynamics", "we", "us", or "our"). AgileAgent Packets is a service offered by SageDynamics.

By accessing or using the Website or Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and in that case "you" refers to the organization.

1. The Service

AgileAgent Packets is a software-as-a-service product for importing and searching AI conversation exports and building "context packets" that you can export for use in your own workflows. The Service may include features such as parsing, indexing, search, and access via integrations (including Model Context Protocol, "MCP") and/or APIs.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Your Content and Ownership

a) Your ownership. You retain ownership of:
- the data and content you upload to the Service (including conversation exports, files, text, and other materials) ("User Content"); and
- any packets or exports you generate from your User Content using the Service ("Exported Packets").

b) Permission to process your content. You grant SageDynamics a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely to:
- provide, maintain, and secure the Service;
- perform requested features (such as parsing and search);
- improve the Service (for example, debugging and performance improvements); and
- comply with applicable law or enforce these Terms.

c) Your responsibilities. You represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions necessary to upload and process your User Content in the Service and that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive purpose;
- upload malware or attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service or its systems;
- access the Service in an unauthorized manner or attempt to bypass any security or access controls;
- reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service (except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by law); or
- use the Service to create a competing product or service by misusing our proprietary software, documentation, branding, or materials.

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

a) Paid plans. Some features may require payment. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge applicable fees and taxes.

b) 14-day refund policy. We offer a full refund if you request it within 14 days of your initial paid purchase. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Privacy and Cookies

We collect and process personal data such as your name, email address, and payment information, as well as User Content you provide, to operate the Service. We also use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Website, understand usage, and improve the user experience.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SageDynamics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by email and update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
